We lead a group of professionals from various fields. We provide solution for almost 'Anything and Everything' related to industry. Receiving majority of products and services from a single point provides many advantages to entrepreneurs such as cost reduction, better alignment of different machinery, better product quality and productivity, single vendor responsible for majority of products and services, and hence better co-ordination.
We undertake work of new projects or of renovating existing projects. Molecule do the work from the design, procurement of equipment and machinery (either own manufacturing or outsourcing) to installation and commissioning of the unit.
One major area we pioneer is that Water and Wastewater Solutions. We provide tailor-made solutions, with most updated technology.

Concept to commissioning and maintenance of Effluent/Sewage Treatment plants (ETP/STP), Project Engineering and Process Re-engineering, Wastewater Treatment, Total Recycle of Waste-water, Solid Waste Management, Manufacture and marketing of Oleo-resins, N-Butyl Acetate ester, Calcium Chloride solution and salt, Activated Carbon, Purification of spent Solvents, mainly Butanol, Formamide, Acetone/Hexane etc From Pharmaceutical Industries.
Expertise in the administration of production units, Plant design, pilot plant, scaling ups, erection and commissioning
Attended many international functions in various countries as technical delegate.
Visited many countries many times, including Russia, UAE, Malaysia, China, and many African countries.
Work History
Started career in VSSC, INDIAN SPACE RESEARCH ORGANISATION, TRIVANDRUM (GOVT.OF INDIA) in 1992, worked in many positions in various industries. 2008 onwards Started own business, as the proprietor of Ashok and Associates, and Director of Hydro Sewdew India Pvt Ltd.
From Aug 2015 onward, Working full-time as Chairman and Technical Director of “Molecule Technologies Limited”, a public limited company into Total Industrial Solutions.
Education.
Holds Diploma, Graduate, Masters and Doctorate degrees with major in Chemical Engineering.
